A little care with your information

Privacy, in plain English.

Updated 26 October 2026

This notice covers the auzzie.co marketing website and its contact form. Our apps have their own product privacy information.

When you say g’day

The contact form asks for your name, email address, topic and message. We use those details to read your enquiry, reply to you and discuss work or products you have asked about. Sending a message does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Please don’t include passwords, financial records or other sensitive personal information in your message.

How messages get to us

Cloudflare hosts the site and processes form submissions. Cloudflare Turnstile checks for spam and may process technical information about your browser, device and network. Resend delivers your message to our business inbox. These providers and our email provider process the information needed to provide their services, which may involve processing outside Australia.

For details, see Cloudflare’s privacy policy, Turnstile’s privacy policy and Resend’s privacy policy.

Browsing this website

We have not added advertising trackers, analytics tools or a mailing-list sign-up. Our hosting and spam-protection providers may process technical request information to deliver and protect the website. We don’t store your contact-form draft in your browser.

Keeping your information

Enquiries are kept in our business email so we can follow up and keep a record of the conversation. We keep them while needed for that purpose or to meet applicable record-keeping obligations. We don’t sell your contact details.

Questions or requests

To ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, use our contact form and choose “Something else”. We’ll respond through the email address you provide and may need to confirm your identity before sharing or changing personal information.
